I had ordered Gionee S*s battery which was "in stock" at the time of purchase on **th September ****. Today on **th September **** the status of my order is still "Confirmed" from the very first day. I have tried to contact on call but everytime it keeps busy. I also tried to contact through email to support, but there is no revert till date. I just wish my money does not get lost unles and until jaxtakart is a real fraud.
But from the current scenario it seems that it really is a fraud and I have to cry for either my ordered product or my money back.
I have attached the emails that I had sent. Reply from Jaxtakart still awaited.
Please help.
