I am Danish Aftab. on **th of august around *:** PM my account is debited by **,*** rs. When I checked the message I visited my Andhra branch and told the whole incident to the staff, they said bank is closed you need to come tomorrow and visit the police station because this is not our concern. I visited the police station and police told me that you need to bring bank statement first. So, on next day I visited my bank again and written a complaint to close my debit card and i also mentioned all the details of fraud transaction on that application. They closed my debit card but they did not helped me with this issue. My debit card was with me when the incident happened and also I did not shared any details to any person. I already lodged the complaint to police but till now I did not get any response from the police and my Andhra branch.
