Andhra Bank - Gold Necklace Sold Without Any Information

On march *th **** i have taken gold loan for rupees *****/- in andhra bank sanathnagar branch.It has continued for year and could not interest for one year as i was in deep financial crisis.However i managed to pay entire one year interest on april **** a sum of ****.After paying interest i requested branch people to renew the gold loan over the email.After one week i got a call from branch manager stating that loan cannot be renewed over the email and for that you have to visit the branch which is possible only if the customer is present in the branch.I could not visit the branch as i was in bangalore for an job hunt.On **th june **** i received a message that gold has been auctioned and remaining value of amount has been credited.It was came to me as a suprise that i was literally to shock to see that message where andhra bank neither given me an prior intimation before sending for auction.I want that ornament and cant afford to lose it as it was memory of dad who has been passed away last year.I request you please look into the matter and do the needful.
