Andhra Bank - Money debited but not credited

I sent money from Bank of Baroda to Andhra bank. Money (****/-) was debited from Bank of Baroda but not credited to Andhra bank. Phone pay support is telling to contact the bank, when I contact bank they are telling that contact other bank and vice-versa. I made this transaction on January *, ****. Still, I didn't receive my money. This is not fair because this is not a small amount.
