One of the jio fibre agent contacted me and asked if I want a jio connection to which I said that maybe in future i would need one. I asked him about the plans of the fibre and he explained the plans. Because of IPL he said that there's a offer from jio in which i don't have to pay for the deposit money and will have to pay * months plans money which was **** approx. This plan had ** ott apps and *** live channels along with a landline number, at this point of time i already mentioned him that those live channels were of no use to me as I don't have a T.V at my place, to which he replied that it won't be a problem. I said him that I will install it * days later maybe. But he frequently called me and asked to install the connection inbetween these four days. Finally i gave my approval on **/*/****, at first his senior visited to book the connection and yo collect the full amount. But because of mistake of this senior of his in entering my details my booking was cancelled somehow. But shortly after an hour or so the agent who called me visited for the booking once again, during this i asked him that is there any way I can run those live channels in the laptop he replied that the technician will help me out with it. When the technician visited they informed me that without a T.V i won't be able to watch the ott apps or at least there's a need to activate the set top box using a tv. I once again called the agent and conveyed the whole matter to him he simply replied that he will visit after sometime and since then he never picked my call or came at my place. Moreover when I requested a cancellation of the connection on */*/**** the executives simply said that the unused balance would be refunded to me. But once the cancellation took place on **/*/**** they said that their policy has changed and they cannot refund the unused balance anymore. They further informed me that this policy change occured on **/*/****, which was way more before than the day on which i requested the cancellation. I had an argument with the executive that if this was so then on the day at which i requested cancellation they could have at least said me that there already had been a policy change and my refund would not be initiated. At present I don't have the connection and I had paid for * months of plan for jio. The jist of the story is when I complained of the agent they didn't take any action also the looted my money by not giving me refund.
