Jio Fiber - Jio fiber fraud

I raised a request in jio app for a new connection of jio fiber . They assigned a salesman who came to my place promptly and told me jio fiber is available at the mentioned location. He then made me do an advanced booking of **** Rs on the Jio app. A day later when jio technicians came to the location, they said jio fiber is not available in this building. They said talk to the salesman and get your advanced amount back. But since then, I am not able to reach him. He is disconnecting my calls and not replying to my WhatsApp messages as well. Later when I told him I'd file a complaint against him and Jio, he said we'd get the refund within ** hours. It's been more than that now, there has been no refund yet. He is again ignoring my messages.
