- Fraud Pathetic Service from Kamal Hyundai Thane Open

My Hyundai Verna **** has started giving music system display issue after * years * months of time. I went to Kamal Hyundai Thane on **th August **** to show the issue my music system touch display was malfunctioning. They told me warranty is only for * years or **k Km. But on Hyundai site its mentioned * years same time i escalated to hyundai but no further steps was taken by them to look into this matter. On **th August **** i got a call from Kamal Hyundai stating as a Good will we are giving you **% discount on the actual price of music system. Without wasting time i agreed to it as many things run on music system and on **th September i am going to travel my native place so for maps i need it. Kamal hyundai told me to pay **k as advance for the system to order. they had send me a online link to pay i paid and sent them the screenshot. But they did not provide me the receipt on the same day they called and asked me to visit workshop as they wanted to take some snapshot of serial number to order the music system. I visited on **th August **** for the same. On the visit i told them to drop me an email along with the screenshot of the warranty period of the system was different from vendor and on hyundai site. till **rd august they did not drop an email so i called hyundai customer care to raise an complaint they took the GM of Kamal hyundai Thane on the call he started apologizing and told me i will send the receipt & give me *-* days i will let you know the ETA when you will get the display as it takes ** days to get the display delivered . Till *th September **** they did not called me since i was suffering i called them on *th September **** he again started saying sorry sir we still did not got any update from vendor. Is this how to treat your customer? Did i asked anything for free? You asked support i cooperated with you and what i got in return a good service. Again he told me that on *th September **** around **.** IST i will get my area manager on conference call will update you. So on *th September they did not call me. So i called them around *pm the GM fredrik from Kamal Hyundai Thane told me sir i was going to call you the display will come on **th as ETA is provided. they took step because i kept on calling them to provide me details. I told them i need the display before **th September **** nay how. Now my concern is in this entire picture Hyundai did not support me on **th August i called hyundai and raised complaint asking for some higher authority to call me a look into this matter but till now i have not got any update from them complaint number *-**********. This is so pathetic service from Hyundai no value for customer. I paid **k and in return i am not getting any response and false promises. Hyundai has not taken any action on the service center neither they had a courtesy to call me. This is giving me mental harassment.
