HYUNDAI India Motors limited - Safety Hazard of Hyundai Venue in Night

I have purchased Hyundai Venue Diesel SX version on Feb at Lakshmi Hyundai Visakhapatnam,
The Car is Provided with an Infotainment system and in the Display Settings there are the following Options:
*. Auto illumination - not working
*. Brightness - not working
Now Under the Brightness it has * options:
Daylight
Night.
There are Sliders for reducing the Display Brightness and for Increasing the Brightness.
I notice that these sliders and the Auto Illumination function which is visible in the Infotainment system are just there for SHOW PURPOSE and have no actual Functionality.
I have had a Grand I** **** model before purchasing this Venue SX. It has the same features in the Infotainment system and the Auto illumination worked Perfectly ( The moment i switched on the Headlights - the Display automatically dimmed), The Brightness levels of the Display could be Increased and reduced.
Now driving in the Night has become an Issue with such a BRIGHT DISPLAY flashing in my eyes. THIS IS A SAFETY CONCERN. I know this can be fixed with a simple Software Update.
The Service center team is Clueless about Software updates, They are saying if Hyundai ever releases an Update, they will send them an Update in a FLASH DRIVE and then they will use that to update the cars. In this day and age, the service center is still waiting for HARDWARE to be shipped to them for simple Updates. These can be sent out online itself.
WHEN A CAR MANUFACTURED IN **** HAS WORKING FEATURES, WHY ARE SUCH BASIC FEATURES LIKE INCREASING AND DECREASING THE BRIGHTNESS NON FUNCTIONAL IN A **** HIGH VALUED CAR?
It has been * months since I have raised the complaint that my Hyundai Venue D AUDIO system is having high Brightness levels which are causing a lot of problems while driving in the Night. I have even Communicated that it is a Safety Hazard to drive in the night with such a Bright Display Unit.
There are a lot of Venue Owners in India facing the same issue, I have spoken to them and they have agreed to help and support as a group to send a LEGAL Notice under The Consumer Protection Act, **** and also highlight the lack of Proper Support to Valuable Hyundai Customers like myself in Social Media.
I have heard from Mr. Sreekanth Rao ( Manager for Spares for Lakshmi Hyundai) from Hyundai Motor India Hyderabad that a software or a work around is being developed in Mobis Delhi Office about * months back,
Last month I was given confirmation that a NEW Audio unit with Reduced Fixed Brightness Level was being dispatched from Delhi to Hyderabad, This story turned out later that the Dispatch was sent to Chennai Factory but due to floods the Audio head unit could not be sent to me.
Today their engineer Praveen ( Mobis Employee) Visited My House and just opened the Engineer Setting Page on the display unit and just selected the Auto Display Feature to Off and there is no difference whatsoever! I have taken a video while the engineer was doing this setting in my car and its recorded in the Video that whatever the Engineer did was futile.
The Car is purchased in February ****.
Complaint was raised on August *th ****, Till now no actual valid response from Hyundai India ltd.
