This is Mahendra Pal Singh. I have purchased my vehicle Hyundai Xcent, Registration number KA ** A **** from Yelahanka and all servicing was done at Yelahanka. I would like to invite your kind attention to the following facts below.
BRIEF FACTS OF THE MATTER
*. Since June ****, I have been getting email, calls and messages on my WhatsApp regarding my vehicle servicing due. I have explained to them that still I did not reach the kilometres and time due for servicing. I understand that these are service reminders and I appreciate that but the calls never stop because my correct information was never updated on your system.
*. Finally last week *rd October ****, I took my car to Trident Yelahanka Service Station for servicing. It took ** minutes for your service executive to attend to me and a very strange response was given to me after ** minutes stating that my vehicle is still not due for servicing and I should get back my car to the service station after **/**/****.
*. I asked them then why I am getting calls, messages and email regarding vehicle servicing due, however no valid responses on that.
*. At the same time, I wanted to escalate this matter to the Yelahanka CRM manager, I requested a direct number from the front desk, and the number provided to me was answered by the front desk. No customer representative available at the service station.
RELIEF SOUGHT:
*. I would like to give my vehicle for servicing. Can someone call me from the service station to fix an appointment and have my car serviced.
*. Can you please work on your manpower so that customers should not wait for so long.
*. Can you please advise your front desk to attend the customers in the right way and should not provide fake information to customers in case anything needs to be escalated.
Please investigate this matter and kindly note that if I do not hear back from you by ** October **** from the date of complaint filed, then I will file my complaint with Hyundai with their social media channels.
Please provide a receipt for my complaint filed via email and anticipated time to resolve the issues.
