We bought a treadmill TAC *** directly from the company on ** May ****. The treadmill stopped functioning two days after the delivery due to faulty buttons and keys on the console. TWO technicians visited over the next two weeks to identify, troubleshoot and fix the problem. Unfortunately, both visits were in vain as the issue was with the overall machine. We have been asking for replacement or refund since the last week but there is no response from the individuals or the mailbox. It is a huge fraudulent organization which has no ethics or concern over maintenance of the products sold by them! I would highly recommend to stay away from getting anywhere near Powermax, if one is looking for any fitness equipment in future!
