Symphony air cooler
- Fraud in cooling pads Closed
We bought our Symphony storm ** T cooler, * years ago abd our cooling pads got damaged last month. When we called the symphony service providers, he told us special honey pads
worth Rs **** are present in these coolers and would the changed on special order only. But when we opened the cooler for cleaning we saw that in place of honeycomb pads simple regular pads worth Rs *** were present in the cooler. Hence there was fraud from the brands side that in place of honeycomb cooling pads
regular pads were installed.It should be noted that we never changed any parts of the cooler from regular date of purchase.

Never buy any Symphony coolers. *-* months it will work and then will go start giving issues Their customer support never connects and if it connects you are lucky. On raising complaint the issues are never resolved nor the technician visits...
