That my account was compromised on **-Oct-** at around *:** am (IST) subsequently two gift voucher was successfully purchased
through order id -***-*******-******* using the saved card, and another *-* orders have remained unsuccessful.
On the same day Moring when I observed this fraud in my account I reported the issue to amazon.in
over voice call, and on **rd October I received an email that all the modification made by the party is
revered and order was canceled and the same order -***-*******-******* was suppressed.
(Email copy As Annexed), It was further stated and verified from me about the claimer of gift
voucher Mr. Zubeen Ahmad, I declared that I am unknown to this person and any action against
the claimant may be initiated as per the rule of Amazon.in.
However, I was advised to file a dispute to the bank regarding the reversal of said amount as
the order was suppressed by amazon only. During the pendency of the complaint about the said
case, I, was not been asked to file a case or complaint to the cybercrime, even when I asked to
the accounting specialist of amazon, I have been restricted and I have been told that case is under
investigation and it will be resolved quickly.
Despite the order was yet suppressed my transaction dispute was intentionally been rejected by
amazon.in further after due communication with the customer care executive of amazon.in,
Wide reference no EPM****** dated *nd Feb **** I filed another dispute (As annexed) which
was also again rejected stating the transaction is valid and it was shocking that the order was
yet again in suppression only...
The said order is not showing in my order history from the past * months but my refund/transaction no made
