I found a house property listed for rent on NoBroker.com available for rent in C-**, Radha Krishna Mandir Road, Sultanpur, Delhi. But, landed in a scam and the owner asked to deposit *,***/- as advance before shifting for rent. And committed for some kitchen and plumber work before shifting, and also committed to make a rent agreement. Anyways, I negotiated the amount to INR *,***/-, which was to be adjusted to rent amount. As he did none of the things as he committed to do till the decided date, so I denied to relocate to the place, and requested to return my advance rent, but he denied to do so. I am not okay with this person now, who make false statements. I just want my money back.
