I placed an order on the **st of August **** for Pet food and paid online INR ****, I never got any response regarding delivery. After multiple follow ups they sent me tracking details, after which the order never got delivered when I called the courier company - Xpressbees they told me the vendor cancelled the order. When I checked with them they said they will refund. There was no reference for refund.
I continued following up, they started using abusive language and declined to refund. They also started harassing me on social media from different accounts. They have clearly declined to refund my money, attached is the proof.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
