Respected Officer,
On June **, **** at about *.**pm I visited SMART BAZAAR, Manapakkam. I was very hungry and fearing hypoglycemia condition. Quickly I picked a packet of DATES-Lions from the shelf and paid
Rs. ** using GPAY. The officer at the counter was helplessly starring at the computer screen since it was not displaying the credit confirmation. I requested to meet the Manager and Mr Thameem came to resolve the issue. He verified my mobile instrument displaying the confirmation of Rs ** transaction. Thereafter he again looked at the store computer monitor and informed me that he was helpless and cannot allow me to take the Lion Dates Dry fruits and instead would raise a credit reversal note. I felt totally cheated since I was not allowed to own a product even after paying the cost. Digital India still remains a dream in SB.
This unfriendly and unacceptable inhumane behavior of the officers of SB needs training in customer service and humanity. I have also attached a copy of the credit note issued by the respected manager.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
