On **.**.**** one delivery boy came to deliver my shipment AWB no********** and received money of that order from me. But while I saw the parcel I found this in a tampered condition. That's why I didnot received the same and asked the delivery boy to return my money. But he didn't return the same by stating that he has already shown the parcel as delivered so he cannot return my money. On my further demand he asked me to discuss the same with the office and will return my money in the evening of that day. But two days has been lapsed and the delivery boy has not informed me anything nor he has returned my money. So please inquired into the matter and resolve it otherwise I will file a consumer case against the company.
