- Fraud by zomato food delivery Open

I accidentally placed an order at wrong address and due to emergency I requested zomato valet to deliver to updated address but he marked it as order declined. I called the restaurant and valet as soon as I placed the order to Cancell the order but they said only I can do it on chat.
When I requested delivery on updated address or cancellation on chat then the chatbot was unable to cancel the order.
Later the support executive called the valet and my order was still not picked up by then and after that they marked my order as declined delivery. He did not even try to deliver it to the address that I accidentally provided which was my friends house. This is really poor service. I even requested the valet to take extra money from me but please deliver order to the correct address but he refused and said he cannot go outside operation area. This is unacceptable.
