Complaint is reopened against the FRAUD offers and not giving committed service by Vi
There has been a complaint with Vodafone for Not giving the benefit of ZEE* Complimentary subscription which was reprocessed on ** June ****. Also, in Zee* App,it is showing that the Vi-Zee* complimentary subscription exists till ** Dec **** and the same screenshots are provided to Vi Appellate
So, after activating the offer on June ****, suddenly in the mid of subscription, Vi can not revoke the offer!
And when it is clearly shows that the offer existing till **-**-**, then how cum they deactivate the subscription?
This is clear CHEATING & FRAUD
Once this is escalated with Vi,the initially confirmed to activate the offer over email. But did not activate this yet
Request you to please take care about this complaint and help me to get the eligible offers as confirmed already by Vi.Subscription has to activated ASAP
