I was having around ** rs A/c balance with an Expiry Date of **/*/**.
But the company has deducted all of my Balance amount today (**/*/**) unabling me to not to make any Outgoing call today...And due to this I have suffered rs **** as loss.
Alongwith company is not providing me any Balance Deducted Transactions Detail...their automated number *** just shows " no Details found".
Their Chatboat service is also hopeless...does not provide my Full month Call Transactions along with remaining Balance Detail.
Their "Monthly Billing Detail Providing Service" is just providing upto July** details.
Kindly don't take this matter lightly and Initiate some Punitive Action and Refund my Lost Amount.
Also Restore my Outgoing calling facilities.
One more thing.despite having balance in our Primary Account...company don't LET us to send a simple One Rupee Text Message... Instead they forced their Subscribers to Buy a *** rs internet Data plan...Is it fair to buy a *** rs Plan to send a simple Text Message.
Does this kind of embezzlement/Conning seem good for a Company like Vi.
Once again humbly requested to take some Preventive and Punitive Measures to control such sort of Thefts.
I have also talked with VI Executive and talked her for *:** minutes but no result came forward.
