I have got call from VI Care from below numbers regarding sim port offer from Airtel to VI. Previous I’m using Airtel *** Family Plan (*numbers) and now they offered me ***ppan of VI Family Plan (*nunbers) with ***GB data. I have paid all the due of old operator(Rs***) and other sims balance also before port process on **-Aug. Then sale executive handover *sims to me and * sim he will send courier to my hometown.
Sales educative has ensured me that the family plan will be activated in **hrs. But
My number was activate on **-Aug ( * day delay because of VI ) in that case RS **-** of amount bill has generated of all * sums of * day charges. That amount also I have paid through link and sent to customer care mail I’d.

Now, when I am continuously in touch with toll free number *** and they are asking me to clear first VI this month bill and I have paid Rs *** on ** Aug but still they haven’t activated my family plan and * month outstanding of each number I have to pay that is totally not acceptable because of VI issue. Now I’m very disappointed and fed up with VI services that more than **days passed away and they haven’t activate my family plan and stop the call of other secondary numbers. Please look and provide your support
