We have filled some random coupon in a mall. Received a call from Ragaz banquets. They informed we got some lucky draw and told us to come to their office to receive our gifts. We went to their office they gave us some presentation about country vacations. As the amount charged is less compare to normal days, we were agreed to take the membership. It was some ** weeks holiday package for ** years, includes many other club facilities. We have agreed to pay the amount as there was an EMI option for * years with no interest. They said the amount will be converted to EMI in */* days which does not happen. Informed that we will receive the membership cards in a week or ** days time after our IDs verification. Its been a long time we have not received cards. When we try to reach the concerned people they are not responding. Their office ( Ragaz banquets) also looks closed.
