Country Vacations - Country club vacations fraud

I was called in Country club Aundh office telling me that I have won the price and I have to come to my wife to receive it. *-* people took us in a close room where mobile phone was not allowed. They asked us which car you own. Based on that they explained us vacation plan for ** years with */*/* star accommodation for * nights/year. They also told that * nights are for single couple if more couples are there then * night will be reduced for each extra couple. We liked the plan and we took membership for ** years for Rs ******. First one year I was contacting them for hotel booking. I was shocked to know that they don't own any */*/* star facility. I can't travel with family below * star hotel in unknown city. *N is not * nights it gets reduced for every brake i.e in you want to stay in one hotel for *N and another for * N it is no allowed only *N is allowed. Couple adding feature was pure fraud. I convinced my self that I was cheated and can't do anythig with it. I was feeling shameful to discuss this fraud. Recently I got to know that one of my friends also got cheated similarly. Now I have decided to fight for a refund.
