I took an international roaming pack from Airtel for the amount of **** Rs for Russia. When I reached their service were not working. Neither I contact someone nor anyone contacts me. I was totally lost without phone and internet in another country you can imagine. I borrowed a phone from a colleague and contacted customer care. They just raise the complaint and said sorry. I stayed for * days without any contact. When I returned back I contacted customer service they just told me complaint can't be resolved due to some technical problem and they don't have provision to refund the amount. They are just playing with the customer. My complain id is c*gin***********.
