I had ordered a dress Miss Chase
Women Maroon Solid Sheath Dress from Myntra. In Myntra website it is showing red in colour but the dress I received was Blue in colour and completely different. I had raised the return request in Myntra due to the wrong product delivered.
The pick up person came and checked all the tags and everything and took the dress with him. Then after an hour he came back and forced me to take the dress back saying I need to take approval from customer care. I did that and created issue no. IN********************. Then I saw the delivery man has deliberately removed tag from the dress . I have raised a complaint with Myntra but did not get any resolution for the same. Everyday I have to go through the stress and harassment due to fault by Myntra.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
