I had bought a Baleno Zeta car from NEXA, Sarona, Raipur Chhattisgarh.we matched the amount we paid and the total amount in the bills. They gave us different bills for RTO, Insurance and others. We asked them about the difference then they said the prices has changed and etc. They didn’t gave a legit answer they tried to fool us and now they are not returning the extra money we paid.I am very unsatisfied with the service and finally I came to the forum, i want my money back and compensation for all this issues.In this whole process we talked to the persons they are :
a) Sabina, Relationship Manager
b) Balram, Sr. Relationship Manager
c) Quality Manager i don’t know the name
