Balaji Vishnu Sai Vanapalli filed complaint against Goibibo and Irctc on May 20, 2020
Actually the refund amount by IRCTC was Rs.**** but these FRAUD GOIBIBO people initially send me the message with low refund amount than actual that is Rs. **** and now these WORST FRAUD GOIBIBO had sent me Rs. ****, this is not fair at all. Those are not even responding to mails and calls and doing this type of FRAUD by not giving my amount.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
