Country Holiday Inn & Suites - Fraud by country Holiday Inn Suits

I would like to inform you that Country Holiday Inn & suites, Noida (CHIS) invited me and my wife to Garden Galleria Mall, Noida, UP on *th July **** to collect gift vouchers. Accordingly, I and my wife visited there at around *.** pm to collect the same. When we went there, they suggested taking their membership package which has a lot of facilities as verbally promised/committed by their representative Mr Aadil Javed (Mobile- **********) and Mr Prakash Mishra (Mobile- **********). Based on their verbal commitments & promises we took the ** years membership paying Rs. ******.** on the same day, *th July ****. First, they told package charges of Rs ******.** for ** years which I paid from my SBI credit card. After paying Rs ****** they told us that if I pay another Rs *****.** then the membership will be valid for ** years. Then again I paid Rs *****.** from my HDFC credit card. After that when we contacted their customer care they simply denied providing the facilities as verbally promised/committed by their representatives. Please find enclosed email communication for details. Once they ignore to provide the promised/committed facilities we requested them to return my full money cancelling the membership. They ignored to return money saying that membership is non-refundable. However, we are asking to return money whereas they are ignoring to provide the facilities as promised/committed to us on *th July **** at Garden Galleria Mall before making payment. Further, I got an email from CHIS on **rd July **** specifying that " The services are nowhere being denied" for which I paid Rs. ******.** on *th July ****. However, they do not return my money. Basically, they cheated us. Neither I received any membership kit, nor I did enjoy any facility from them till date. It is not a business ethic to consume customer money by doing fraud like this. In view of the above, I would request you kindly help me to get back my valuable money. You may do inquiry from your end how they are cheating the people calling them at Garden Galleria Mall. I would request you kindly support us to get back my valuable money.
