Country Holiday Inn & Suites - Deny the holiday booking multiple time

I bought the membership in Dec-**** and they made lot of promises while showing presentation. They mentioned me and my wife list of benefits of the membership like:
*) You can easily book hotel in Peek time with no over charge.
*) We have only * and * star hotels.
*) We have hotels from J&K to Kerala.
*) You can avail cabs to visit near by in with minimal charges.
etc
They showed presentation in way that I thought that my future holidays will be like dreamland now.

After one year it is feel like hell to book/communicate with them.
Lets come the problem I am facing now.

*) Peek days is big joke for me now. I want to book my holiday for Jaipur from **-** Dec. Now a surprise come to me that they have blackout dates from ** Dec to * Jan. So you cannot book hotel between these date. I have attached a mail picture for more detail.

*) You can only book listed hotel and only at listed place with them. Let suppose you want to go to Khajjiar (H.P) then they do not have any property there so you cannot go to that place or you can book from any other source by paying extra.

*) I bought the membership for **K and their is *.*k Instalment every year for ** night. If I do calculation then it is around ****rs Per night. In this price range (I booked the same hotel in less price from MMT) you can easily book the same hotel from other website with breakfast. Please cross check they will not provide you breakfast with member booking.

*) I need to choose the Holiday Dates according to them as I mentioned in #* that I planned to visit Jaipur **-** they replied to me that available date is after *-Jan and please let me know If it is ok to you. I mailed them about my plan ** days before the date.

*) I am continuously calling the CHIS representative from past * hours and no body picked up the phone.

Similar problem I faced in the past also and If I add a google review then they will call you and say remove the review then only we can continue with membership.

We also visited office multiple times but no body care for the customer once you bought the membership.
Now they have some internal issue and do not provide a destination of your choice. They will give you two destination and choose one.
