Airtel - Fraud by Airtel Agent

Hi My name is Tohib Sk. I am a vi user but for i need to buy secondary sim for me. So i ordered online Airtel sim but the agent from Airtel didn't give me new sim instead of giving new sim he want my ph send out port msg and influence me that there is a offer from Airtel to port from vi but he scam me by doing first recharge pack ***but he want money from online ***to processes the port out msg and first recharge to get Airtel sim and also defamed vi sim but it works good.but as per trai port out opareter is free. So i want to raised complain about Airtel agent and also as per vicarious liability i want to complain about Airtel for these types of malpractice of there agent
