*. Against my TATA Internet connection, I was told at the time of installation that this is a plan for *+* months for which I paid a lump sum amount of approx **** INR.
*. However, upon completion of *+* months, I was sent a bill of *** INR for the *th month.
*. I raised a complaint to TATA customer service asking for the reason. I was informed that this is how it happens per company policy.
*. As such I asked them to furnish any evidence of a document with such terms & conditions and also evidence, that I was handed a copy of that document ever. As I was never informed of any terms & conditions where it was stated that HARP Plan will be converted to postpaid plan, upon expiration of the pre-paid period
*. In response to this question, TATA appellate reverted with a copy of CAF (Customer Application Form) and a notification of payment reminder of **** + INR
*. To my utmost surprise, the CAF provided by TATA TeleServices Ltd. was a form with my details (Address, Adhaar etc) but signature and photograph of someone else. Which clearly implied that the form was submitted on my behalf without my knowledge of the same.
Also, in the last * months, I have gone through tremendous mental agony and harassment as every time its a different person from TATA who calls me and has no knowledge of previous communications. I have wasted so much time explaining the issue with no resolution so far and all I am getting from TATA are payment reminder. The latest one being yesterday. I am sure that there might be so many other people who have been duped of such amounts as not many decide to go far to fight such malpractices.
