BRS maid services Bangalore - FRAUD ALERT BRS MAID SERVICES NANNY MANJULA v Beware

FRAUD ALERT!!
If anyone is using or intend to use BRS Maid Services, Bangalore for any service especially childcare then please BEWARE.

We signed a contract with them this July (****) to take care of my *-month-old son. Pradeep from the agency had visited home and as per contract the advance we pay them will be the nanny’s last month salary. It was given in written in the same contract. (Never accept any contract if it’s not printed completely)

For a month there was no one sent and we kept calling every now and then but most calls were unattended. Then one unqualified nanny came who vanished in * days. Again, the saga continued. One more person came who seemed experienced but was always on her phone and complained of boredom. He negligence also caused hurt to our son. Then she left. * days she worked.

Then came Manjula V - again after a lot of like a lot of phone calls and request to Balu and Pradeep from the agency. Druv, Sharat, Kumar all from agency will just take money and never pick your call. We were already tired and regretted the decision of choosing their service. So even though we did not like the candidate who was aged we continued with her. With time we got to know that she had no prior experience and has just taken care of her * yr grandson for few days when he visited her with her daughter. She refused to cook for baby, never fed the baby, in * month not once changed diaper or gave him bath. Just applies Oil and no massage. She could not put him to sleep or even play with him. Just used to keep him on lap. For anything she said she is scared. We tried calling the agency infinite times. I even WhatsApp-ed them everything. But no response ever. So, we decided to not go with her, but since she requested so much and committed to try, we gave her * more month chance and told the agency that if there is no improvement, we will not continue with her and will terminate the contract as this whole process was stressful and they can handover our advance as her last month salary. No response to watsapp or call. We informed Manjula also that if she does not improve, we will not continue her and her salary will be processed by agency. In-between this we got to know agency had committed her *k for * months but never paid her and kept pushing dates. On her request I even texted Balu because they never picked any of our calls. But she never showed any improvement and our focus was to just use her up for the very lil she does and be done with the agency as our money was with them.
Now what I say is why you guys should be careful.

Inspite of having camera’s in the house there was a theft of almost *k (that we know off) the day my father in law was coming and we were quite busy.

· She is the only * who knows where camera’s are not there and when its on and when off
· She knew internet issue was happening and ACT people were coming to fix it and change our router
· My security guards wife also has no access to my husband’s room which Manjula accessed that day from where items went missing. (she entered that room in our absence)

While I fed my baby and put him to sleep and came out she was in the *st floor busy cleaning and I told her again never to roam around the house or go to any room without asking us. Whatever being said we know she is the only one who could steal the items .. just that due to wifi issues we did not have recording.
Each day she kept telling one or other thing because of which we were sure it was her

· She kept asking and insisting we see the recordings (knowing there is no camera there)
· She said who will flick watch and all who wears watch these days and then mentioned such big watch who can keep inside bra and go (when did we say that?)
· She said that I don’t even want to get my bag. I get coz I need to take medicines (who asked her? We never told her anything)
· We caught her red handed entering my room when my son was asleep and she was clearly instructed to call my hubby if he wakes up. I myself saw her enter the room and eyeing every corner)
· She even hid our bedroom camera under the cot when it was off (no outsider enters that room except her)

Anyway back to my story. Giving benefit of doubt when in the night we realized this we told Manjula as well as my cook and cleaner that we will be filing a police complaint as we cannot host thieves in our house. Today something worth **k is missing and tomorrow much worse can happen. All agreed and we filed a complaint.

After few days when police called her. She was at our house and we had guests too. She misbehaved in a very cheap and disgusting way with police and then us. Something I cannot express in words. She abused us. Literally tried to assault me while I am holding my **-month-old. My husband was shielding me. All I told my husband or rather asked is if she has not stolen why is she behaving so badly. Her true character came out that day. She even spat on me and my baby. I lost it then and told my husband to throw her out. Since she refused to go to police station the officer told my husband to get her along. But after the cheap, abusive and disgraceful behavior of hers my husband went separately and she went later. In the station too she was abusive and later on being scolded all the tears and another level drama started.

Now everything – all of this I informed the agency but none replied to my messages and none called back. They had their money and hence they did not care. They will not care even if their maids kill someone and fled.

Sad part is it does not end here. Manjula V (**** **** ****) who before leaving my house had threatened me stating her brother-in-law is in police force, her sister works for politician and she has a huge background and will ensure she teaches me a lesson. “I will not spare you. You will see who I am and what I can do”. And much more she uttered. Initially I thought its just empty threats but after that she was spotted around our house spying (she had even in station stated that she will keep an eye on us) and she has tracked down our new nanny and questioned her and also threatened my security’s wife.

Since she knows when my husband goes and comes and since my new nanny too who is not a locale said that she is fearful and mainly because she had threatened me - for my safety, my sons and house safety and my nanny’s safety I have written an official complaint and submitted to police.

I am not very hopeful of the outcome but she has told that she will find a job nearby and keep and eye on us and show us who she is and teach us a lesson. I do not step out alone now without my husband. I want to warn the people of Kaggadaspura, Malleshpalya, GM palya and surrounding areas to beware of her.
Her mom’s house is in Bairasandra and her husbands in KR Puram. In the short period the kind of words she has used and things she has told us against her own mother, sister, husband, son and son’s girlfriend who is staying with them she is a very poisonous lady. She left her pregnant daughters place in * day because she did not like her house and never once visited them after she gave birth. I should have known better. But we never bothered about her stories and intention towards them because we were not planning to continue her.

Currently the agency also has totally blocked us and frankly I am a lil concerned for my home and family.
Yes, when an outsider enters home, we should be much more vigilant. We were a lil negligent. She very well knew when I am inside my room and my hubby outside, she got a golden opportunity and she used it brilliantly when WIFI was down and beautifully the agency who sent a unqualified, unverified dangerous women to our house just washed their hands off. Did not even bother to check on the incident even once.

So, for your family’s safety and to save your hard-earned money stay away from BRS Maid service.
Any service provider who offers to serve you please ensure you verify the candidate properly and go with your instincts and not their sob stories. Tomorrow when something bad happens no one will take responsibility. Please be careful.

PS: We used yo call her Manjula Amma. When my cook met with an accident everyday I ordered what she wanted. Served her tea/coffee along with snacks twice a day. Gave her saree on festivals, Gave her *k coz she wanted to give her daughter, Gave her *** because she wanted to visit a Dr. We learnt to be kind and respect people. But more often than not we come across people who only take advantage of us and try to harm us. Very Unfortunate.
