- Fraud Outstation Ola Ride ^Open

This is with reference to the subject cited outstation ride reference number. The concerned driver - Mukesh Singh (Mobile +** ***** *****) exhibited fraudulent intentions to manipulate the total distance covered and collected more money.

This is the *st Ola outstation booking I did, and hence completely unaware about nuances involved.
Initially the booking was done till Agra from respective Delhi/NCR - Kaushambi location, and further got extended to Fatehpur Sikri after reaching Agra. And then we returned to Delhi/NCR - Kaushambi location from Fatehpur Sikri. I noted the vehicle Odometer reading at the start, and it's ****** Km. But after the trip got over, the driver didn't share the final odometer reading. And told me to pay as per bill generated for ***KM, to which I felt was quite unreasonable since there's an increment of ***Km approximately in the trip. The driver forcefully collected Rs ****/- claiming Rs ****/- for the trip and balance as toll charges, inter-state vehicle movement road taxes, etcetera.
However as per Google timeline report for the day, the total trip comes ***Km. Hence about ***Km (*** - ***) excess mileage the concerned driver - Mukesh Singh collected from me manipulating facts.

I've been availing Ola cab services for many years, and never came across this kind of ill intent and fraudulent activities. Request you to treat this matter on utmost priority and reimburse me the differential excess amount for ***Km collected by Mukesh Singh. Kindly initiate strict measures against the said guy to keep the faith alive of travelers across.
