I have ordered a Sapphire Pulse Radeon RX *** *G GDDR* OC LITE (*****-**-**G) on **-sep-** with payment done from my HDFC credit card as on emi,,,and i delivered product after * days,,I took the order from delivery guy and he didint took any signature or acknowledgement of the product,there are few small cut on the paper tape used by amazon to pack the box instead of plastic tapes,being using amazon from years such thinghs has never happened with me so no doubt came in my mind i took the parcel inside. when i opened the outer cover there is product original box in it...i opened the box and instead of getting graphics card i have received * cpu used cpu fans,,,at first point i was shocked being such thingh happening with amazon,,,i straight away called customer care and informed everythingh they say we will do a investigation on this and asked me to call on **-sep-** for final status,so today i called them to know about my complaint status and i got the answer that we have checked everythingh and it says the orginal product is been delivered to you and we cant help you and being furious i kept asking them mam that what is the process of investigation they did but she denied and kept saying we cant help you and dissconected the call, i again called back and informed the same story again and this time also the concerend deprtment said sir our investigation report says the original product is delievered to you,,,i kept asking mam what is procedure of investigation she denied saying its our internal matter we cant disclose,,,i still said mam you can scan till the product is in wharehouse for delivery but how will you scan if on the way to delivery your delivery guy has done such done with me, she replied we have checked with delivery agent and he said he delivered,,,they are still stuck on same point of saying we cant help and disconnected the call again.....during the complete investigation they have not contacted me even once or asked me for the images of parcel intead i sent images on my own. My product cost is INR *****/- around and they have cheated me,nobody is ready to hear me at amazon they are disconnecting calls,it is a big amount for me thats why i took it on emi on my card and they are saying we cant help and not ready to belive me..i request you please help me as i am been clearly cheated by them,they are not ready to tell me the process of investigation neither they are beliving me being client but they beliving the delivery guy who is involved in this,i purchased this as i had to start some work but now i totally fooled and i dont know what will happen as they are not helping me,,,i kept asking that how do you scan your delivery guy activity once he left wharehouse for delivery to which they keep saying that we have certain procedure i kept asking please share with me what is procedure so that atlest i will get little satisfaction they you guys worked on it but again the call was disconnected.
now when i filed compalint the very next day i received a mail from PCshop (seller of computer parts on amazom) stating that we have sent the correct product and you are the one who is lying,,now point of concern is i didnt bought graphics card from pcshop, the seller of graphics card is Appario Retail Private Ltd, then why my compalint been sent to pcshop,it a total a wrong investigation done by amazon and they are not ready to accept that, when they have checked with wrog seller how the investigation is been done and is been closed. Amazon has also stopped the cash on delivery also so we cant even get that option to be safe as with cash on delivery we can check before paying but here only option is paying online which means clearly given ball in amazon side.Requesting you as this thingh is giving me serious depression as due covid i lost my job and i ordered this product to start doing somethingh new so i can start earning again.
