On * july **** in the morning i started the procedure to port my simcard from airted to jio and after the completion of port out request i received an call from an airtel executive she requested me to hold my porting request and she told she will fix my network in ** hours i said ok. After * days when i called her she said that wait ill call u after that she did not called me but when i called her back she blocked my number. I contacted to airtel helpline and airtel says that call i received was on ** th morning was not from airtel . But i am sure that call was from airtel
