Zomato India - Food wasn't delivered and no refund received

Hi,
I ordered food on **th November, **** evening (Order id: ********** Order amount: Rs. ***/-), waited for long but didn't receive any. Later I received an SMS from Zomato saying since I wasn't available to take the delivery, the order was declined and also as this is non-refundable order, no refund is applicable.
I tried calling delivery person but it was connected to the merchant shop who said they didn't receive return and the delivery was automatically cancelled, So they couldn't do anything. I then contacted the zomato online support team through their official chat and found that food was damaged by the delivery person due to which merchant didn't accept return as in return I didn't receive by food even when I reached at merchant shop.
