I have ordered half grilled chicken through swiggy in puthiya arcot unavagam in urapakkam yesterday around **:** PM. Got the food around *:** PM. When I open the package all the * pieces of the grill chicken was fully burnt and not even able to take single bite. One of the worst grill chicken I have ever had/seen in my life. When I try to raise complaint through swiggy in the chat they said agent will contact in *-* working hours and still I didn't get any call for that and not even one apology for that food. Will they give the burnt chicken to person who is eating in hotel as it is online both the hotel and swiggy is cheating the customer. Kindly help me to file complaint against swiggy and the hotel for the thing which happened to me yesterday. So that they will come to know we should not do like this to any of the online orders.
