I ordered food (Chicken lollypop Biriyani and chicken fried rice) on swiggy (restaurant - Biriyani Bowl) costs Rs. ***/- at around **:**. Customer care from Swiggy called me and told that order is not there at **:** and told me that the food item is not present so change the order. I told I want the same order and that too in ** minutes. They cancelled my order and generated the refund automatically from their side. I am waiting for my food and because of that, I am unable to complete my job. How they can make a person wait so long for food and at last without any hesitation they cancel the order without my opinion.
