I have ordered food from swiggy on ** august at **:** pm. I had ordered pizza after some time about half an hour they had called me and said that your order could not be delivered right now you have to cancel this order we will place same order and you will get the order by **:** am. I had waited till * pm and then they had again called me and said that your order could not be completed and your money could not be refunded right now. I am attaching the supporting order cancellation mail screenshot from swiggy. I am slept that night without eating food. There is mental harassment as well as physical harassment is happened to me. So I want my money return with extra fine to swiggy.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
