*. Ordered food from Swiggy and restaurant did not confirm the order for the next ** mins.
*. I started a chat with the customer care and proactively asked to check if I need to reorder or this order is coming ( as I have already faced this kind of scenarios with swiggy).
*. Guy responded that this order is confirmed now and you will get your order in next ** mins
*. After waiting for next ** mins got a call from Swiggy customer care that your order was not confirmed with restaurant hence cancelling the order (till that time my hunger patience was over).
*. I started yelling on the executive and she said she will refund the money and will give an apology token of *** INR (same amount of order) in return along with the full return of the payment.
*. Checking account today, no refund and no apology token is added.
*. Started chat again and guys said refund has been initiated but he will not be able to provide the apology token of *** INR.
Conclusion: Refund was my right so I will get it anyway. What about the time I spent in hunger because of these rascals even after double-checking for order confirmation. I bloody want to sue them for this and this has happened * times in last * orders. I have history recorded.
Please help and bury them.
