I ordered food online via swiggy at *:** am on April **, ****. They sent me a message confirming the order and gave an estimated time of delivery of about ** minutes. I waited till *:** am but on the Swiggy’s app it was still showing that food is being prepared. I tried calling Swiggy’s customer support and they kept me waiting till *:** am.
I have already made a payment of *** Rs. The food is not delivered. I was hungry and I had to keep waiting till *:** am. By this time all other options nearby are also closed. I get an acidity problem if I am empty stomach for a long period of time. This might adversely affect my health. Swiggy order no.#***********
