Zomato India - Food not delivered.

had ordered food on Zomato ( Order No. ********** , dt. **.**.****.** @ *.** pm ) and paid the amount while ordering. Since payment was already made, Zomato took lot of time to deliver.
Dinner time was almost getting over and Zomato had still not delivered the food, hence I made chat with zomato executive for my order status, they said that my order will be delivered by the restaurant itself, so i call the restaurant for my order status but they tell me that my order was cancelled because they don't deliver in my area. After that the app shows that my order was delivered but it cannot. So i want my refund and take a serious action against zomato. I attached screenshot of my order and call recording with the restaurant for proof.
