I had ordered from swiggy and the wrong address was given for delivery. Immediately in * minutes, I chat and asked to change the location. Then I talked to the delivery boy. He was ready to come to the new address. I gave him an address. He said he will change the location and will come.
Still, your person over phone cancelled my order immediately and refunded by deducting *** Rs. I was ready to collect the food from the previous address.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
