I have ordered food from swiggy on **-**-****. After some time I reached the delivery guy and he informed that he called me several times but I didn't pick up my call. I haven't received any call at all. I have called him again and went to pick the food delivery. But then the order was already cancelled and I was next to the delivery guy. He didn't even deliver the food and went away, but he has eaten up the food. I have been charged with the cancellation fees of *** Rs unnecessarily.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
