I ordered food from Zomato, order ID: **********. I didn't receive my food and when I connected with Zomato, they said we tried to deliver but could not deliver because my no. wasn't reachable and this wasn't the case. I was very much in the coverage area. I asked Zomato for the refund, they didn't provide the refund nor the food. When I asked them the screenshot for the call, they didn't provide the screenshot either. They charged me *** rupees and wasted my * hours! It would be great if Voxya can help me out.
