I placed an order on their website on **th Feb **** so as to deliver flowers to the recipient on **th Feb ****. The delivery timeline given while placing the order was between * AM and *PM on **th February. They did not even made a call on **th February till *pm and the product was not delivered to the recipient. I sent them few emails, in which they just replied back saying they are working on it. I asked them for refund but so far they havent responded to it saying that they are working on my request. They have not given any timeline so far. I also called to their customer care number, and got the same reply saying that they will do the needful.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
