Flipkart - Flipkart No Replacement of Defective Product

Subject: No Replacing Defective Product by Flipkart Company.

I ordered ASUS's New Zenfone Max Pro Max M* phone on **/**/**** from Flipkart (Order ID: OD******************). COD was not available in my city (Kashipur, Uttarakhand), so I did order my friend's I.D. and Gave the friend address who lives in Delhi. My friend got a phone on **/**/**** which he came to my house and gave it on **/**/**** I opened the phone on **/**/****, the next day I ran for * hour, suddenly the mobile screen got blue and the phone was dead. At the same time, I requested the replacement / refund of my city (Kashipur, Uttarakhand) at my address, told that your phone will be replaced by August * by flipkart.
                    I would often talk to Flipkart customer care person from my phone but my phone never got so I wanted to talk through Twitter and Facebook, they repeatedly said the same thing, we would contact you but Flipkart No calls me.
               then i dail flipkart customer number from my friend's phone and pickup through customer cares person then i told my problem, he said that you do not worry that your phone will get you till August *. I also confirmed the address of the phone replacement, that the address of Kashipur do they said that your phone will be replaced at the address given by you. I have also phoned to **/**/**** and **/**/**** and **/**/**** and confirmed that my address will be replaced, so he said every time that the process is going on, you will get a new phone on August * and You will be taken Defective Phone But when I called them again on August *, when they did not come to the phone, they would have told me that your return request is cancle you are **hrs Calling again When I asked him the reason for request cancle, he said that there is no delivery in your city Kashipur, Uttarakhand.
Please answer some of my questions.
*. If the address given by me did not deliver the delivery then asked the customer care person three times, why did he also say that the address given to you will be replaced?
*. If the canal was received, how can be canched on the same day on which day to get mobile? And there was no message or any mail on my friend's phone that your request has been cancelled, why?
*. Because of what my time was wasting and what is happening now?
*. I also wanted to contact you via email, but did you give me any reply?
*. On August **, you are canched my complaint on the day when new phone is to be delivered, is this your customer service? And besides you do not do a phone?
