I had ordered a phone on **th August,**** from Flipkart and they promised to deliver it on **nd August,****. They didn't deliver it on promised date but shifted the delivery date to **/**/****. Even by then it wasn't delivered. They then promised to deliver it on or before **th August,****( it was said in phone and chat but wasn't updated on app or website or in in any email,sms).Today morning seeing that the order haven't reached even at nearest hub,I again contacted them over chat and they told me that delivery team would try their best to deliver it today by * pm but if they can't then they will try next working day. Flipkart also keep refusing me to give contact details of ekart (the courier with which they send it) since first day. It was a prepaid order and I have to pay the credit card bill before *st September without having the product. The product is stuck somewhere in Uluberia which is more or less ** km away from my address but it is stuck there since **th August. I am frustrated enough as I need the phone asap. Please deliver my product to my address. Btw the tracking number is FMPP**********. And courier service is ekart. I am lodging this complaint on **th August,****.
