Subject: Urgent Complaint - Non-Delivery of Order OD******************
Dear Flipkart Customer Support,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the non-delivery of my order with Order ID OD******************, which was scheduled for delivery on November *th, ****, at **:** am.
The order, which consists of essential groceries, has been marked as "Out for Delivery" twice on the mentioned date, but unfortunately, it has not been delivered due to operational issues at Shreyas Retail Limited's end. The tracking information indicates that the order is currently stuck at the final destination, and despite multiple attempts, there has been no successful delivery.
I have reached out to Flipkart customer support multiple times to seek assistance and resolution for this matter. However, similar to the previous complaint reference OD I have been met with unhelpful responses, and the customer support team has been unable to provide clear information about the reasons for the delay.
The main hub, ponneri the inability to deliver such essential items within a reasonable distance is highly disappointing. As a customer, I expect timely and reliable service, especially for perishable items like groceries.
I am left with no choice but to escalate this matter and consider official action if the issue is not resolved promptly. I urge Flipkart to take immediate responsibility for the delivery of my order or provide a clear and transparent explanation for the delay. In the interest of customer satisfaction and the reputation of Flipkart and Shreyas Retail Limited, it is essential to address and rectify this situation promptly.
Additionally, I am forced to pay for the product that is not delivered, the Flipkart customer care support threatened me to pay if not cibil score will be damaged. If this issue is not resolved I will go to the consumer court.
