On **.**.****, I ordered one product "Pilgrim Rendensyl, Advanced hair serum which was expected to arrive on **.**.****. However on **.**.****, i received a different product i.e. Pilgrim peeling solution, instead of what i ordered. Following that i requested replacement and a replacement lead was generated. The customer service agent told me that the product would be replaced by *th october. On *th october, my replacement was re-scheduled, as to be delivered on **.**.****. Subsequently, on **.**.****, i came to know through status on portal that the Flipkart very unproessionaally cancelled the replacement request saying that "there is no return policy on the said product". But it failed to acknowledge that the ordered product was not infact received rather it was a wrong product which i received.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
