I ordered a mobile for some emergency on Jan **rd from Flipkart for Rs ****, Amount deducted and order got placed successfully and within few minutes they automatically cancelled my order and when I contacted they told like it got cancelled bcs i have ordered a lot from Flipkart. This is non-sense. When I ask for refund they are telling like I will get it only by Feb *nd (After * days) Not I lost my money as well I cant purchase another mobile until they send my money back. I ordered the mobile for some emergency and now i am helpless. When i contacted the customer support they keep on dis-connecting the call in the middle without even respecting the customer. All evidences attached.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
